Urban Bear Recovery is a Dartford-based recovery business running its own flatbed truck. The person who answers the phone is the person who drives it, so what you are told on the call is what happens at the roadside.

Our own truck
The flatbed is ours. It is not rented for the day and it does not belong to a network that sends it wherever it likes.
That is why we can answer honestly on the phone. We know what the bed will take, what gear is on board, and whether your vehicle fits — before you are promised anything.
One number, one person
There is no call centre and no job being passed to a stranger. You explain it once, to the driver, and he keeps talking to you while the truck is moving.
We work direct with customers. We are not the AA, not the RAC and not part of any recovery network, so there is no membership to buy before we come out.
Priced before we move
Recovery starts from £50. The full price is confirmed on the phone before the truck sets off, and there are no hidden fees added at the other end.
