Not every job is an emergency. Cars bought at auction, sold to a buyer two counties away, project cars going to a workshop, low or prestige vehicles that must not be towed on their own wheels — that is planned transport, and it is arranged around your timings rather than ours.
Why a flatbed matters
A flatbed carries the vehicle rather than towing it. All four wheels are off the road, so the odometer does not move, the gearbox and clutch are not turning, and a car with a locked wheel, no gearbox or no keys travels exactly the same as one that drives.
Low cars go up on extended ramps rather than being scraped. Bikes travel upright in chocks with soft straps. Everything is strapped through the wheels, not the axles or suspension arms.
