The Broadway and its multi-storey car parks are the constraint here. Height barriers keep a flatbed out of the decks entirely, so a vehicle that has died on an upper level has to be moved to ground level or the exit ramp before it can be loaded. Knowing the level and the car park before we arrive changes the plan completely.
Away from the shopping centre, Bexleyheath is ordinary suburban streets, and the jobs are the ordinary ones: cars that will not start on the drive, MOT failures that need moving to a garage, and the occasional accident recovery on the A2.
