Bluewater is the thing that changes the job here. Much of its parking is covered and height-restricted, and a flatbed will not follow you in. If your vehicle has failed inside a car park, tell us which one and which level — we recover from the exit or the service road instead, and knowing that before we set off saves an hour of everyone standing about.
Greenhithe is a mix of riverside housing, the station, and a great deal of retail traffic that peaks at weekends and around Christmas. Most of the calls we get here are flat batteries and non-starters in car parks rather than roadside breakdowns.
