Gillingham is built on a hill, and the terraced streets running down towards the water are steep and parked solid. Loading a non-runner on a gradient is not the same job as loading one on the flat — the winch does the work and the vehicle has to be chocked before anything else happens. Tell us if you are on a slope and we will bring the truck round to the right end of the street.
