The older town centre is the awkward part — one-way streets, on-street parking both sides, and pedestrianised sections you cannot bring a flatbed into. If you have stopped in the middle of it we will usually meet you at the nearest street a truck can legally sit on, and winch from there.
Gravesend is the biggest town close to our base, so it is where a good share of our work comes from: cars that will not start outside the station, breakdowns on the A2 slips, and vehicles that need moving to a garage after a failed MOT.
We are not part of the AA, the RAC or any recovery network. You are not paying a membership and you are not being passed to whoever is nearest — you speak to us and we come.
